Needed a pair of special shoes for my job where I can stand for 10+ hours. Arrived during the week early and was immediately greeted at the door - and in less than a few minutes I was standing on a machine getting my feet measured. Less than 15 mins later I was holding a pair of shoes that felt perfect for my feet. Can't ask for better than this. Excellent service - thank you!

Great fit for shoes - I buy my street and trail running shoes here after their fitting. I also get my teen sons their running shoes and PE shoes here. This last visit, I believe I worked with Chris who was very knowledgeable and quick! Also love the discounts - very rare for such level of personalized service.

Great experience at Road Runner, thanks to Vi! I originally called ahead to see Zac, but he wasn’t in the store, and Andy, the manager, recommended I work with Vi. I was hesitant because I had a bad experience with another sales associate the week before, but Vi completely changed that. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, with great recommendations. I really appreciated his professionalism and patience. Highly recommend asking for Vi.

For walkers & runners, Roadrunner is best for shoes. Membership provides discounts & trials. Kesa is a great staff member. She is very knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. Five Stars for Manager Sherrene, Kesa, and Road Runner Sports.

This place was incredible! They analyzed my feet with some cool technology. I never knew my left foot is bigger and more arched than my right. No wonder I always had pain in one foot, I wasn't properly supporting my feet with the right shoes. They made custom insoles for my feet. Sean was wonderful and VERY knowledgeable. He suggested different pairs and patiently waited for my indecisive self to pick a pair. I walked out with 2 pairs and donated my old shoes at the store. I HIGHLY recommend this store and Sean. I loved my experience.

The Manager Zack, goes beyond and above with great customer service. From fit to finish, i was taken care of, very informative, professional, knowlegable about all products and found the exact fit. I had such a great experience shopping here. The associates were attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that they were not just able to use technology to help me find the right shoe, there was no judgement. When you’re a woman with a larger foot, it can be a little challenging to find the right shoe. When we did find the right size, then they went above and beyond to help me find the right style and gave me plenty of options to choose from. Made sure the shoes were right for my needs and even understood the nuances of the different brands. And in this particular day they were super busy and short staffed. They were still very attentive, I never felt rushed and they stayed cool under the pressure of a heavy traffic flow. I went because I wanted someone to help me find a shoe, not just a size. I will definitely be back.

Despite being a massive chain, this RR is amazing. The three times I have gone, I have been met with such great customer service. Their 90 day trial if you are a VIP is unmatched. Massive thank you to the homie VI! He helped out my wife and I get new running and work shoes and some custom insoles. Super knowledgeable and very honest about shoes that are good, and others that are not 🤣🤣🤣 I will return here for all my future running and work shoe needs. THANK YOU Vi!
